We are passionate about our drinks at Found! Our lists are boutique and local in nature and are curated to be paired with our menu.
Updated March 8, 2017
Our cocktails grow out of the same seasonal ingredients as our food with the list changing regularly. If there is something you have had in the past that you don’t see on the list, just ask and we will be happy to make it for you!
a clockwork orange
bourbon, rooibos syrup and a dash of orange bitters “oh, bliss, bliss and heaven”
talk about old school! letherbee gin, cinchona bark, grapefruit, ginger, lime
the paul kemp
stolen smoked rum, coppelletti apertivo, shaken vigorously with lemon, egg white and luxardo maraschino liqueur. tangled, a bit violent and smokey, just the like the dude himself in puerto rico.
che’s bloody revolution
mezcal, tequila, blood orange, rosemary, and a bit of
lemon. figured the times were right for a politically
inspired drink like this one!
apple horseradish shrub (yep, you read that right),
northshore aquavit, grapefruit bitters, topped with bubbly.
outrageous and witty, just like tallulah….
“nobody can be just like me. sometimes i even have trouble doing it”
when the rye comes marching in
a spin on a nola vieux carre. redemption rye, maison rouge vsop, vya sweet vermouth, cinpatrazzo local amaro, in a mint tincture rinsed glass.
rubin carter’s punch
light rum, goslings dark rum, stolen smoked rum,
passionfruit, lime, housemade grenadine.
bob dylan can tell you the story …
Our wine list is curated from small, boutique producers and winemakers. We think of it as a list with a “story” and what stories there are to tell. Please ask, we love to share!
