Our cocktails grow out of the same seasonal ingredients as our food with the list changing regularly. If there is something you have had in the past that you don’t see on the list, just ask and we will be happy to make it for you!
a clockwork orange
bourbon, rooibos syrup and a dash of orange bitters “oh, bliss, bliss and heaven”
we married pears & merit chilies into a balanced syrup, shook it with fidencio mezcal and lillet, and serve it up with a dash of celery bitters. a drink that will definitely help you come to your senses.
a little shout-out to our neighbors up the street. violet liqueur, creme de cassis, luxardo maraschino, rhubarb bitters, topped with sparkling.
sid and nancy
pimm’s, ginger syrup and a dash of old fashioned bitters. the english classic fired up with freshly juiced ginger root. a memorably delicious and volatile combination.
g & t rethunk
talk about old school! we use letherbee gin and concoct a house-made tonic syrup to put our own twist on this classic.
5:00 o’clock world
a spin on a boulevardier. redemption rye, cappelletti vino apertivo, dry vermouth and house-made herbaceous bitters makes this drink refreshing and relaxing. “no one owns a piece of your time!”
Our wine list is curated from small, boutique producers and winemakers. We think of it as a list with a “story” and what stories there are to tell. Please ask, we love to share!
