Our cocktails grow out of the same seasonal ingredients as our food with the list changing regularly. If there is something you have had in the past that you don’t see on the list, just ask and we will be happy to make it for you!

serrano-infused tequila, fresh raspberry syrup and lime, shaken and served with a sweet & spicy rim. thoroughly modern, indeed!

fidencio mezcal, aperol, fresh lime juice and a dash of grapefruit bitters. a touch of smoke, hint of zest and a biting wit – just like the lady herself

an homage to spain’s kalimotxo cocktail: red wine and cola, with the addition of aperol and lime. a great drink to start an evening of summer fun

Last but not least, is our beer list! Our beers are almost entirely from the mid-west with the majority being from Illinois; often half the list may be from Evanston itself! Our list which is a combination of bottle and draught changes frequently.

a tart wheat ale brewed with coriander- great for summer! a portion of the profits also goes to the alliance for the great lakes, to help keep them sustainable and clean

“red headed step child” of their beer portfolio & inspired by almost everything from belgium, special yeast gives this brew mild hints of fruit and clove.

delicious, non alcoholic, beer that tastes like beer.
virtue cider, percheron, mi 5.5% 12oz
wine barrel aged, endlessly drinkable, percheron’s light sweetness and round mouthfeel is balanced by just the right amount of acidity.

a serious ipa with tons of dry hop bringing a backbone of citrus and pine … so fine!

classic and cloudy, this refreshing german-style wheat beer has a delicate balance of banana and clove aroma and flavors.
temperance, restless years, rye ale il 5.8% 12oz
hazy and golden pale ale, citrus fruit notes with a spicy finish, drinks light, dry, and refreshing.
ocb, apex predator il 6.8% 10oz
farmhouse ale brewed with grain and sugar and unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, creates a hazy, golden body dry finish with a fruity bite.
scorched earth, rugged coalminers, il 5.1% 12oz
the smooth caramel body softly balances the chocolate coffee-like notes in this robust porter. you’ll be surprised how smooth this beer really is.
